1. Production Time

Most items take 2–7 business days to be produced before shipping.

2. Shipping Time

Estimated delivery after production:

• U.S.: 3–7 business days

• International: 7–21 business days

Shipping times may vary due to holidays, weather, or carrier delays.

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

• Order size

• Product weight

• Shipping destination

4. Customs & Import Fees

International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Incorrect Address

We are not responsible for packages sent to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Address changes must be made before production begins.
