Refund Policy

All products from Shrubby Buddies Podcast are made to order through Printful, our third-party print-on-demand fulfillment partner. Because each item is custom-produced, we do not accept returns or exchanges for size, color, or buyer’s remorse.
1. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
We will gladly replace or refund an item if:

It arrives damaged

It is defective
-
It was printed incorrectly
-
You received the wrong item
To report an issue, email shrubb ybuddies@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with:

Your order number
-
A clear photo of the issue

A brief description of the problem
If approved, a replacement will be issued at no additional cost or a refund will be processed.
2. Lost Packages
If a package is lost in transit and confirmed by the carrier:

A replacement will be sent

Or a refund will be issued at our discretion
We are not responsible for:

Incorrect addresses provided at checkout

Packages marked “delivered” by the carrier
3. Size Exchanges
We do not offer size exchanges since all items are made to order. Please carefully review size charts before purchasing.
4. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued back to the original payment method. Processing times depend on your bank/payment provider.
5. Non-Refundable Items
We do not issue refunds for:

Incorrect size selection

Change of mind

Delays caused by shipping carriers

Minor color variation due to screen differences
