Landscape Plan Review - A professional review of an existing or proposed landscape plan to evaluate plant selection, placement, spacing, site suitability, long-term maintenance, and overall design. Recommendations are provided to improve plant performance, aesthetics, sustainability, and long-term value before installation or renovation begins. Walk & Talk -An on-site consultation where we walk your property with you, discuss landscape concerns, answer questions, identify plants and potential issues, and provide practical recommendations for improving your landscape. Perfect for homeowners who want expert advice and direction without the need for a formal written plan. Landscape Action Plan -An in-depth property consultation followed by a customized written action plan outlining recommended improvements, plant selections, priorities, and next steps. Ideal for homeowners who want professional guidance and a clear roadmap for improving their landscape over time. Landscape Master Plan - A comprehensive, long-term plan for transforming your property with purpose. Includes an in-depth site assessment, detailed landscape layout, plant selections, and a phased implementation strategy—giving you a clear roadmap for creating a cohesive, functional, and beautiful landscape. HOA Audits - A comprehensive evaluation of an HOA’s common-area landscapes, including trees, shrubs, planting beds, turf, and overall appearance and condition. The audit identifies concerns, improvement opportunities, and future needs, with prioritized recommendations to help boards make informed maintenance and investment decisions. Cancellation Policy
Appointments are reserved specifically for you. We ask that cancellations or rescheduling requests be made at least 48 hours in advance whenever possible. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice, or missed appointments without notice, may be subject to a cancellation fee or loss of any deposit paid. If your preferred appointment time is unavailable, you may join the waitlist. If an opening becomes available, we’ll contact you in the order requests were received. We understand that emergencies, severe weather, and unexpected circumstances happen, and we’ll always do our best to work with you when reasonable. By booking an appointment, you agree to these scheduling and cancellation policies.
